Conference

The inaugural Operational PPP Summit (OPPPS) is the must-attend conference and awards for organisations and individuals involved in delivering public private partnerships (PPPs)

The two day conference will include panel discussions and fireside chats with the key players leading the operational delivery agenda but the backbone of the sessions will be interactive workshops, roundtables and clinics. OPPPS is built upon sharing best practice and lessons learnt and the smaller interactive sessions have been designed to facilitate those discussions.

Sessions during the two days include:

  • Two days of conference sessions covering key operational topics
  • Opening and closing plenaries with industry thought-leaders
  • Four roundtable discussions for informal off-the-record debate
  • Two interactive workshops giving practical insight into best practice
  • Public sector only operational PPP bootcamp
  • Awards ceremony recognising and rewarding the best in operational PPPs
  • Networking opportunities including Awards drinks reception and cocktail hour
  • Two operational ‘clinics’ on PFI handback and Net Zero retrofitting best practice
  • Over 200 attendees from the key operational stakeholder organisations

Awards

The inaugural Operational PPP Awards will take place on 9 December 2024 after day one of the Operational PPP Summit.

Whereas the conference aims to educate about the best in the management of PPPs, the Awards will celebrate the projects, organisations and people who have been leading the market over the last year.
We have designed the categories to recognise and reward best practice in the industry with the winners promoted as case studies of what ‘excellent’ project management looks like.
After a rigorous process from our 100 online and 20 head judges, we are delighted to announce our shortlist for the Operational Awards 2024. We also have two categories decided by our head judges.
